A private investigator is an individual who:

1. •performs criminal investigations
   

2. •conducts background checks related to identity, business, occupation, character, etc.
   

3. •locates lost or stolen property
   

4. •researches causes of fires, losses, accidents, damages, or injuries
   

5. •secures evidence for use in court
   

All of our certified investigators have undergone a criminal history background check through the California Department of Justice and  Federal Bureau of Investigation.  Each of our investigators have more than three years of investigative experience or a law or police science degree.
